Supporting the planning and implementation of the College of Nursing curriculum, the full-time Curriculum Coordinator will collaborate with faculty on instructional design projects, manage digital accessibility initiatives, and provide training and operational support, all within a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop instructional design projects and ensure pedagogical soundness Manage digital accessibility initiatives and provide training to faculty and staff while conducting audits of academic web presence Design and teach online professional development courses for faculty on best practices in instructional design and digital accessibility Required qualifications A master's degree in education or a related field Two years of experience in curriculum development Experience with instructional design principles and quality assessment techniques Knowledge of digital accessibility standards and guidelines Familiarity with learning management systems, specifically Brightspace
