Overview Provide high-level personal and administrative support to the CEO, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling day-to-day personal tasks such as errands, appointments, dry cleaning, bank runs, and lunch orders. Oversee household vendors, vehicle maintenance, and occasional event planning to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Privately held real estate company. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive support to the CEO by managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel. Handle day-to-day personal tasks such as errands, appointments, dry cleaning, bank runs, and lunch orders. Oversee household vendors and vehicle maintenance; assist with occasional event planning as needed. Profile Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role Must have a valid driver\'s license Flexible, proactive, and able to anticipate needs In-office Monday through Friday with occasional evening or weekend availability Job Offer Provide comprehensive support to the CEO by managing their calendar, scheduling travel, screening communications, and coordinating personal tasks and errands.
